District 2 Vice President
Jamie Binns

     Jamie Binns, a junior at Sunshine High School in Newbern, Alabama, is honored to serve as your Alabama FBLA District II Vice-President.  Having been a member since eighth grade, Jamie feels that he is capable of serving the members of District II.  Jamie is active in school, community and church activities including the following: SHS Football, Basketball, and Track; HOSA, Skills USA, Student Government, School Newspaper Editor, Prime Mentor of the Sunshine Mentoring Project; Stillman College Upward Bound Programs; Founder of the Smooth Operators Step Team; Mars Hill Baptist Church Youth President; and a host of many more. 
     Jamie desires to emphasize increasing membership and chartering and reactivating chapters.  Jamie plans to discover the “Gateway to Greatness” alongside his dedicated local chapter adviser Mrs. Deborah Shepherd, who introduced him to this great organization three years ago.  He strives for a strong positive philosophy pertaining to greatness, confidence, and perseverance. Lastly, He wants everyone to consider the following quote: “Men do less than they ought, unless they do all they can.” Thomas Carlye.  Jamie says “Do all that you can.” He is eagerly waiting to serve and assist you.
